Digital Watchdog is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Account Manager
GENERAL POSITION OVERVIEW
The Digital Watchdog Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for assisting with sales activity of Digital Watchdog products for the Southeast Region of the United States. Specific responsibilities are to include but are not limited to, securing, and promoting growth with existing clients within territory, assisting representative firms, growing new opportunities, and maintenance of client relations. The Inside Sales Account Manager will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES
- Assisting DW regionals and representative firms with stock, RMA’s, appointment setting, and project registrations.
- Promoting promos, expos, counter days, IP certification courses.
- RFQ design and any customer inquiries.
- Secure and strengthen existing customer relationships while adding new customers and opportunities.
- Daily updating and input into the company’s CRM program to ensure project opportunities, sales call activities, client follow-up and pipeline input is always up to date.
- Spectrum license activations/deactivations.
- Have an excellent working knowledge of our products and services.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Established track record in selling products or services to the security related industry.
- Demonstrated communication and listening skills.
- Demonstrated skill in working successfully as a team member with a diverse group of people.
- Capable of establishing and meeting goals objectives for integrators and distributors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
